Finally, Someone On Your Team That Cares.
Your business is more than a paycheck — it's something you've poured your time, energy, and heart into building. We're Allan and Casey VanVleet, and our goal is to help you feel confident in your business, secure in your finances, and free to spend more time doing the work you love.
Who we are
A husband-and-wife team who genuinely cares whether you succeed.
We didn't start VanVleet Bookkeeping because we love to balance books. We started it because we watched someone we love struggle with the business side of running her own company — and we realized there are thousands of small business owners who simply need someone on their team that cares. Someone who explains things clearly, celebrates their wins, and helps them build something they're proud of. That's what we're truly passionate about.
What we offer
Your finances, organized and finally making sense.
We offer virtual bookkeeping services designed to give you clear, accurate financial records — and the confidence to actually use them. Whether you're starting fresh or catching up, we'll meet you where you are.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Consistent, organized books every month — categorized transactions, reconciled accounts, and financial records that tell you exactly where your business stands.
Catch-Up Bookkeeping
Behind on your books? It happens. We'll work through the backlog without judgment and get everything organized so you can move forward with a clean slate.
Financial Reporting
Reports that actually mean something to you — written in plain language, not accounting jargon. Know where your money is going and what your numbers are telling you.
QuickBooks Setup & Support
Starting fresh or starting over? We'll set up QuickBooks the right way from day one and walk you through it so you feel confident using it on your own.
Why VanVleet Bookkeeping
We're not just keeping your books. We're invested in your business.
Numbers Tell Stories
Your financials reveal opportunities, uncover inefficiencies, and show you where your business is headed. We help you read that story — and act on it.
Plain Language, Always
We explain your finances the way a trusted friend would — clearly, honestly, and without making you feel like you should already know this stuff.
You Work With Us Directly
No rotating staff, no call centers. You work with Allan and Casey — people who know your business, remember your goals, and genuinely want to see you win.
Wherever You Are, We're There
We work 100% virtually with small businesses across the United States. No office visits, no geographic limits — just consistent support on your schedule.
